Baseball player Justin Verlander, 31, and model Kate Upton, 22, are one of Hollywood’s cutest couples, but the two have found themselves in the midst of a major phone hack that posted alleged nude photos of countless celebs online. Kate’s lawyer has confirmed the “outrageous violation” to HollywoodLife.com.

We feel for Justin and Kate right now. The baseball player and model had very private photos released online by a hacker Aug. 31. After the ordeal, Kate’s attorney, Lawrence Shire, told HollywoodLife.com the following:
“This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton’s privacy. We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible.”
Furthermore, Justin is afraid baseball fans will taunt him over the nude photos.
Before the horrible hack and photo leak, Justin and Kate were spotted having a sweet moment together at a baseball game. We feel so sorry for all of the celebrities who have had alleged nude photos leaked of them this weekend! This hacker clearly has no respect for people’s privacy.
